Opening Day!!!!

Craig and I were very excited to get underway and help assist our clients in making positive changes in their lives today.

We are also tremendously excited to let everyone know that we have an exceptional independent personal trainer on board at FitELITE - Joe Salter (AMP-Fit). Joe has an extensive background in all likes of training (functional and sports specific training). Joe currently plays for the Eau Claire Crush while finishing up his Master's degree at the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Joe is married to Aron and they have a lovable golden retriever named Fancy!!! Stay tuned for pictures of Joe and his clients working on the exercise stability balls (pretty cool stuff).

Opening day and boot camp info

Opening day today!! Everything got done to get the doors open for our first clients. Here are a few pictures to see how things progressed. We are planning to start our first boot camp classes next week on Monday. Here is some info for those of you interested in a boot camp. These classes will be similar to boot camps that Craig has done in the past but better!! All the equipment will be accessible very easily which will make for a more effective class. We have good music now! There will be three class times to choose from: 5 am, Noon, and 5:30 pm. All classes will be Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Cost of the class will be $90 for six weeks. You will not need a membership to our facility to join in a boot camp class. So, you don't have to worry about needing another expensive membership. Boot camps are one of the best ways to lose weight and get in shape. We can guarantee you results!
