Workouts for 12-1,2

Workout for Monday and Tuesday was Magin Elixir but with a variation. Instead of counting reps for time, each exercise was timed for 60s. Four rounds, non-stop, no break!! 3,2,1 go!!

Row (instead of run)
Pushups (instead of box pushups)
Wall ball
KB Snatch (30s. for each arm)
Burpees
Jump Rope
