FitELITE Rx "Knockout"

5 Rounds For Time:

(Rd 1) - 1050m Rower, (Rd-2) 850m Rower, (Rd-3) 650m Rower, (Rd-4) 450m Rower, (Rd-5 )250m Rower.

After each round of Rower:
5 db deadlifts
5 db hang cleans to squat
5 db Push Press
5 db Squats

Use the same weight for all lifts and try to accomplish the round w/ out setting weight down.

As Many Rounds as Possible in 25 minutes of:

200 Jump Ropes
10 Mountain Climber pushups
10 DB Step Ups (Each Leg)
10 Knees to Elbows
10 Kip Ups / Strap Pull ups

Fawn-4, Beth-5, Ross-5, Ann-4, Susan-4, Kala-3, Sarah-5, Mariah-4, Kristi-3, Sandy-4
