Hello all,
We are going to use our blog to post workouts that everyone is doing during the week. The website will be our main source of general info as well as pictures and schedule. Below is the workout that the classes did on Monday and Tuesday as well as times for participants.
Workout for 8-10,11
"Century"
500m Row/400m run/50 burpees
50 bicycle crunch/50 leg raises/50 glider pikes or knee tucks
Plus, each round, the following was completed (totalling 100 reps)
25 Deadlifts
25 Pushups
25 Bosu KB swings
25 DB row
