Race


A little update on my racing. Still working to put all the pieces together to get the speed back. Having a little girl makes things busy. Tougher to get the big training rides in.

I had a decent start but the endurance at threshold isn't there yet. Here's a picture to check out.

FitELITE RX for 8-17-09

Monday morning workout. Just Jess Lepak showed up. We'll use this workout for Thursday morning and Thursday night as well. A couple clients did this workout. Brutal, very challenging full body workout. Good job to all that did it.

Straight time on this one. 30-60-45-30 seconds each exercise.

One sided KB swing lunge
Barbell sumo squat to high pull
Bicycle crunch
Barbell thruster
Standard KB swing
Superman crunch

Dave did a new one today for Wednesdays class that was timed. That will be posted soon.

FitELITE RX for 8-12,13

Hello everyone,
Here is the workout from last week. I didn't come up with a name. Maybe someone would like to name this one. Lots of burpees!!

DB Burpee thruster
Box jumps 12 or 18 inch box
Burpee long jump (super fun!)
Jump Lunges
Egg roll burpee
Wall ball

This one we timed using Tabata Protocol for six rounds of each exercise.
