FitELITE RX for 9-10 and 9-11

Hey FitELITERS! Heres the workouts for Thursday and Friday morning.

We named the workout in honor of Ross's qoute as said to Craig, "I hate you"

'Hater'
Squat
Shoulder Press

Rower

Lunge
Pushups

Jump Rope

Box Step Ups
Pullups

Burpees

10 reps each exercise for the pair for 60-90-90seconds, doing as many sets as possible.

Everyone really seemed to enj...think the workout was challenging!
