Hello everyone,
Here is the workout from last week. I didn't come up with a name. Maybe someone would like to name this one. Lots of burpees!!
DB Burpee thruster
Box jumps 12 or 18 inch box
Burpee long jump (super fun!)
Jump Lunges
Egg roll burpee
Wall ball
This one we timed using Tabata Protocol for six rounds of each exercise.
Nice job to everyone in the classes!
