Monday morning workout. Just Jess Lepak showed up. We'll use this workout for Thursday morning and Thursday night as well. A couple clients did this workout. Brutal, very challenging full body workout. Good job to all that did it.

Barbell sumo squat to high pull
Bicycle crunch
Barbell thruster
Standard KB swing
Superman crunch
Dave did a new one today for Wednesdays class that was timed. That will be posted soon.
