5 Rounds For Time:
(Rd 1) - 1050m Rower, (Rd-2) 850m Rower, (Rd-3) 650m Rower, (Rd-4) 450m Rower, (Rd-5 )250m Rower.
After each round of Rower:
5 db deadlifts
5 db hang cleans to squat
5 db Push Press
5 db Squats
Use the same weight for all lifts and try to accomplish the round w/ out setting weight down.
