FitELITE RX for 9-14-09

Here's yesterday's workout. Not too difficult. Good workout though.
This workout is completed for time.
400m run
(Complete the following four exercises for 10 rounds)
5 Deadlift
5 Pushups
5 KB swings
5 Pullups
400m run

Melissa 13:33/13:10 (two times through the whole workout)
