Format:
60s.+60s. rest for 30s. Then repeat the exercises for 30s+30s.
Exercises are in pairs except the rower.

DB Thrusters/Speed Squat
Pushups/Overhead Med ball toss
Rope pullups/Jump Pullups
Burpees/Plank
Wall Ball/Squat Jumps
