FitELITE RX for 10-8 and 10-9

No name for the workout. Solid workout depending how hard you pushed yourself with the weights. It could either be an easy workout or very challenging.

Format: 30s for each exercise, rest 30s. Repeat the cycle for 3 rounds before moving to next group of three.

Deadlift
Bicycle Crunch
Jump Rope

KB Swing
Plank
Box Jumps

KB Snatch
Superman Crunch
Jump Lunges

DB Thruster
Leg Raises
Squat Jumps
